Hybrid collaboration

Fiddler is a hybrid, digital first work environment. We offer a one-time $500 stipend for new employees to set up a home work environment. We welcome remote employees to visit our HQ and encourage quarterly visits for in-person collaboration.

Diversity and inclusion

We host diversity, equity, and inclusion (DEI) speakers to talk to us about what it means to be inclusive, how to give and receive feedback, and how to create a culture that listens. We also host diverse speakers for the Women of Fiddler.

Parental leave

Spend quality time with your new child away from work. We offer 100% paid leave for 12 weeks for non-birthing parents and 18 weeks for birthing parents.

Team building

We host trivia mornings, game nights, happy hours, summer picnics, and holiday parties virtually and in-person. Team leads are encouraged to organize monthly and/or quarterly team outings.
